Placing an Order

All "in-stock" items are shipped within seven business days of receiving your order; this includes orders for fabric as well as all ready-made appliance covers and other kitchen accessories. Kindly note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so those do not count as business days for us.

For custom-made items, please check out our current delivery schedule. We apologize for making you wait, but we are sure that you will appreciate the careful workmanship and attention to detail which we put into all our custom orders. Sorry, we are generally unable to accommodate rush orders.

All of our products may be ordered online. If you prefer, you may also order by phone at (716) 662-8002.

We accept checks and money orders (both must be from U.S. banks). All other payments are handled through PayPal. It is not neccessary for you to have a PayPal account; you may pay by credit card through PayPal. Their process is secure, and we never see or have access to your credit card number.
