18 inch ruffled centerpiece (custom made). Choose a fabric for each side, plus something for the ruffle. Because the ruffle is seen from both sides, it has to coordinate with the first two fabrics, so choose your colors carefully! We will add a layer of polyester fleece (similar to felt) between the top and bottom fabrics, which adds substance.
